About the Role:
As a Loan Originator, you'll be a key player in guiding clients through the mortgage process. You'll proactively market our diverse loan products, build lasting relationships, and consistently exceed production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the mortgage journey: From application to closing, you'll provide expert advice and support.
- Achieve and surpass production targets: Drive loan volume and quality through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with a winning team: Partner with branch and corporate colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies: Increase visibility and generate leads through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fairway products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Prioritize client satisfaction: Respond promptly to inquiries, provide exceptional service, and build long-term relationships.
- Leverage your network: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other industry contacts.
- Contribute to the community: Actively participate in local events and professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in mortgage sales: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, effectively communicate complex information, and provide outstanding customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and regulations: Familiarity with various loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated: A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive for success.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
