Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation (Fairway) is looking for a Branch Administrative Marketing Support Specialist for our Knoxville branch.
Job Location: Knoxville, TN (in office)
What you will do:
- Administrative & Office Management
- Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages to ensure they reach the relevant person promptly.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and realtor partners
- Shopping online for office supplies, decor, and handling in-office projects
- Printing and scanning documents for teammates and clients
- Expensing purchases for the branch in Workday.
- Marketing Support
- Creating visually appealing flyers and social media posts using Canva
- Assisting in the filming of social content and being featured when needed
- Aiding in managing, creating the social media content calendar
- Helping to develop engaging captions and thumbnails for scheduled social media posts
- Analyzing social media performance and providing insights on analytics, tools, and strategies to elevate our content creation process
- Business Development Backing
- Entering and monitoring realtor information in databases such as FairwayNow, Total Expert, and HomeIQ.
- Researching potential venues and catering options for future events
- Partnering in the planning and execution of events both in and out of the office to ensure they run smoothly
What we are looking for:
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a support role
- Demonstrated experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Demonstrated experience with social media platform and analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
