Join our Arvada team as a Production Partner, where you will be the driving force behind ensuring customers are taken care of from application to closing. You will meet with clients and put together complete loan files, prequalify clients, and collaborate with Loan Officers and others involved in the loan process to ensure loans close seamlessly.
What you will do:
- Assist the Loan Officer in preparing loan packages by gathering all documentation from customers
- Be familiar with all loan programs and structure the best loan program for each client
- Prequalify customers using industry-automated underwriting portals (AUS) based on information provided by the Loan Officer
- Respond to customer inquiries about processes and procedures
- Update customers, real estate agents, and title companies on loan progress
- Schedule loan closings and coordinate logistics
- Maintain Loan Officers' customer databases
- Support Loan Officers' marketing campaigns through the mail, email, and internet
- Perform administrative tasks such as emailing and making phone calls to assist the Loan Officer
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of mortgage experience, mortgage lending or sales preferred
- Active NMLS license required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Solid understanding of loan requirements and real estate lending regulations
- Proficiency in customer service best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
